To make your reservation, please complete this on-line Booking Form.

In order to use the IBTS booking form, IBTS Accommodation Certificate Authority has to be trusted by your browser. Microsoft® Internet Explorer 7 requires a special process to accomplish this. If you find yourself using IE7, please Install IBTS Accommodation Certificate Authority

Users of Microsoft® Windows™ who use IE6, Firefox or Opera web browsers do not need to perform this step, as it is handled automatically by the browser.

If you do not wish to use our Booking Form for the following reasons *, please use the Simple form (.PDF), print it and send it by fax to the following number: +420 296392313.

your browser does not support SSL
you are behind a firewall and the SSL feature of your browser is blocked
you prefer not to transmit your personal information over the Internet **

IBTS protects your personal and credit card information with secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. As you enter your personal information and credit card number, SSL encodes it so it is transmitted in a format that prevents data theft. Once our secure server receives your encoded information, it will not be transmitted over the internet again. IBTS will not share information about you without your permission.

Your requests will be dealt as soon as possible.

After receiving an offer of accommodation, you must confirm your booking within 3 days.

To make a reservation via fax it is necessary to follow the instructions mentioned in the Booking Form.

Incomplete or wrongly completed forms cannot be accepted.

The accommodation is available from 14.00 hours on the day of your arrival. Your room must be vacated by 10.00 hours on the day of departure, if you have not previously agreed a different time with us.

If you fail to vacate your room by 10.00 hours on the day of departure, we will charge you a further day's accommodation.

Cancellations

Your reservation can be cancelled only in writing by an email to reservations@ibts.eu, or by telephone +420 296 392 311.

Up to 24 hours prior to your arrival (by 14.00 hours on the previous day) - cancelling your reservation is free of charge. The deposit will be returned to the Bank account from which it was sent, less bank charges.

Cancellation less then 24 hours prior to arrival - we will charge you one night's accommodation.

The prices quoted are valid until 31 December 2009.
