The following are the services that we are able to provide to make your Conference a happy and successful one.

Accommodation

Comfortable en suite rooms equiped with high speed Internet, Sat/TV, hair dryer, direct line telephone, alarm clock radio, coffee and tea service.

IBTS Restaurants

Two restaurants operate within IBTS - The Fusion Restaurant and the Croatian Restaurant Mlýn.

The Fusion Restaurant is located on the ground floor of Helwys Pavilion and serves breakfast from Monday to Sunday and lunches, dinners and coffee breaks as required. A typical lunch or dinner menu includes salad, main meal, cake or home made biscuit, soda drink, coffee or tea. The Fusion Restaurant normally operates on a self-service basis but table service can be provided on request.

The Croatian Restaurant Mlýn is located near IBTS Reception. It is open daily from 10.00 to 24.00 and offers typical Croatian-Mediterranean a la carte cuisine. Reservations can be made through the IBTS Reception.

Prices

IBTS offers the following consolidated rates for conferences of 20 people and more, lasting between 3 to 7 days.

Single room accommodation, full board including a conference room	72,- EURO/person per day
Shared room accommodation, full board including a conference room	62,- EURO/person per day
Lunch or dinner menu	255,- CZK or 9,50- EURO/person per meal

Banquet or Reception

The Fusion Restaurant can prepare a banquet or reception for your conference depending on your budget and if requested.

For banquets and receptions IBTS offers the Salon in the historical Chateau Jenerálka or in the gardens of the Chateau.

Janáček Suite (up to 25 people)	110,- EURO per day
Martinů Suite (up to 12 people)	70,- EURO per day
Dvořák Suite (up to 30 people)	110,- EURO per day
Smetana Suite (20 people)	110,- EURO per day
Škroupa Suite (up to 20 people)	70,- EURO per day
Guest Lounge - refreshment point	7,- EURO per hour
Helwys Suite - Chapel (up to 110 people)	179,- EURO per day

All conference rooms are equiped with flip charts - free of charge. The consolidated conference rate includes one conference room of your choice free of charge.

Each conference room is also equiped with High speed Internet using either LAN connection or Wi-Fi connection!

Conference Services at the Reception

Conference guests can ask for the use of a photocopier or the fax machine. There is a Computer Lounge available to Guests.

Everyone receives a Welcome Package on arrival.

Conference Tags are issued if requested.

Transportation - we can arrange to transport your Conference Group to and from the Airport, Train or Bus Station.

Conference Programme - we can help to organise your educational programme for you. In a co-operation with IBTS we can offer academics on site or from various educational institutions in Prague who can lecture on a variety of subjects. For more information contact Lake@ibts.eu.

Additional Conference Services

Leisure Time - we are happy to help you organise your leisure time. We can arrange guides to show you around Prague, organise various trips to places of interest and to concerts and shows.
