To Our Guest:

We offer a four week, rotating international lunch menu, which changes daily to offer two meat options and one vegetarian selection. Whether it's Indian curry, Thai noodles, pasta, or pizza, our meals are created to provide essential nutrients. We begin hours before the food is served, selecting from only the freshest ingredients. Meals are based on fresh vegetables, fruits, and leafy greens. No preservatives are used to add artificial flavors or tastes. All cooking is done in real time using classic methods which maintain the food's original flavors. We never use frozen, reheated or otherwise industrially processed food
Fusion is a "green company" that recycles all its waste and even contributes used oil to soap and cosmetic companies as raw material.
